TERMS & CONDITIONS AND USE OF THE LLAOLLAO MALAYSIA LIVE ORDER PLATFORM – LLAOLLAO LIVE ORDER. BY ACCESSING OR PARTICIPATING IN LLAOLLAO LIVE ORDER OR WEBSITE, YOU ARE AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF USE AND WE MAY PROVIDE NOTICES, DISCLOSURES, AMENDMENTS TO THESE TERMS & CONDITIONS, AND OTHER INFORMATION RELATING TO THE LLAOLLAO LIVE ORDER. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS OF USE, DO NOT ACCESS OR PARTICIPATE IN THE LLAOLLAO LIVE ORDER.

Llaollao live order is a llaollao Malaysia online ordering platform owned and operated by Petra Empire Sdn Bhd (1151810-X), a subsidiary of Woodpeckers Group Sdn Bhd (1299372-H)

llaollao Malaysia has developed the live order to offer its customers an online ordering platform offers, promotions, discounts, self pick-up (hereinafter, the ‘’live order’’). The supports are exclusive, that user is made accessible only to the advantages of the loyalty program through their purchases. The offers will be available in the establishments of llaollao chain in Malaysia adhered to the loyalty program at any time, operated by PETRA EMPIRE SDN BHD (1151810-X).

You agree that we may provide notices, disclosures and amendments to these Terms & Conditions, and other information relating to the MyllaollaoClub Loyalty Program.

Please read the Privacy Policy carefully to understand how llaollao collects, uses and discloses information about users, how to update or change your personal information, and how we communicate with you.

  1. “Platform” means the relevant llaollao Malaysia technology platform, portal or website that enables Users to request or access Solutions;
  2. “Service” means the linking of Users to Third Party Providers or other Users through the Application, Platform and/or Software;
  3. “User” means any person who uses the Platform and/or Software to search for and obtain the Solutions; and
  4. The Platform allows you to place orders for llaollao products which at your option when placing the order(s), be made available for self-pick-up from the selected locations during the time period as specified in the Platform. You understand that any order that you place shall be subject to the product availability and location serviceability of the selected llaollao store.
  5. All llaollao product orders placed on the Platform (“Live Order”) are treated as confirmed. You shall not be entitled to cancel a Live Order after it is confirmed. If you cancel a Live Order after it has been confirmed, you remain liable to pay the applicable fees for the Live Order in full regardless of whether it has been prepared by the llaollao. For the avoidance of doubt, where you have opted to self-pick up a Live Order, you will be deemed to have canceled the Live Order by not collecting it within the time period specified in the Platform or otherwise communicated by llaollao. llaollao shall not be responsible to retain the Live Order for your collection after the said period has lapsed.
  6. Upon your placement of a Live Order, llaollao may call you on the telephone or mobile number provided or otherwise contact you to confirm the details of the order, any change in the order (for instance, due to unavailability), the price to be paid or any change thereof and/or the estimated pick up time.
  7. llaollao may not process your Live Order in the event you are unavailable on the phone at the time of the call for confirming the order or otherwise uncontactable, or unavailability of items ordered.
  8. The prices of food and beverage items reflected in the Platform are final. All forms of llaollao cash vouchers and promotional vouchers are not redeemable on this Platform. The e-receipt for your Live Order will be sent to the verified email address that you entered.
  9. You are responsible for ensuring that the llaollao location selected by you on the Platform is accurate and final. llaollao shall not be liable in the event of non-collection by reason of erroneous pick-up location details selected by you on the Platform.
  10. llaollao reserves its absolute discretion to any refunds to you and such refunds may be credited to the payment card you used for the journey, or the e-Wallet Credits or such other method as is deemed reasonable by llaollao. We will generally refund you through the same method as your payment method, subject to the refund period set by the individual payment method.
  11. If you feel you were incorrectly charged, you may contact llaollao via the Help Centre for assistance.
  12. Data Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy
    1. llaollao collects and processes your Personal Data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy applies to all of llaollao’s Services and its terms are made a part of this Agreement by this reference.
    1. Where applicable, you agree and consent to llaollao, its subsidiaries and any of its affiliate companies collecting, using, processing and disclosing Personal Data as further described in our Privacy Policy.
    1. You acknowledge that llaollao may disclose Personal Data of other individuals to you in the course of your use of llaollao’s Services. You represent and warrant that you will only use such Personal Data for the purpose for which it was disclosed to you by llaollao, and not for any other unauthorized purposes.
  13. Internet Delays
    THE SERVICE, PLATFORM, AND/OR THE SOFTWARE MAY BE SUBJECT TO LIMITATIONS, DELAYS, AND OTHER PROBLEMS INHERENT IN THE USE OF THE INTERNET AND ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS INCLUDING THE DEVICE USED BY YOU BEING FAULTY, NOT CONNECTED, OUT OF RANGE, SWITCHED OFF OR NOT FUNCTIONING. TEALIVE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DELAYS, DELIVERY FAILURES, DAMAGES OR LOSSES RESULTING FROM SUCH PROBLEMS.
  14. Myllaollaoclub point-earning
    Takeaway 500g is eligible for Myllaollaoclub (llaollao loyalty mobile application) point-earning in accordance with its point distribution mechanic.
