OBJECTIVE:

To handle daily outlet operations from cashier to kitchen, and to work together as a team to achieve company goal which providing exceptional customer service experience and product quality.

1. Bear the responsibility of a Service Crew.
2. Responsible for the outlet when Outlet Manager / Area Manager are not present.
3. Responsible to report to Outlet Manager / Area Manager if actions were not taken on Outlets’ problems.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Efficiently handle cash transactions while maintaining meticulous records, including cashier
end-of-day procedures, cash counts, credit card settlements, cash verification form, cup counts
and e-Wallet closures.
2. Deliver excellent customer service, uphold service SOPs, and maintain positive customer
relations.
3. Skillfully prepare and handle various items such as fruits, crunches, sauces, and blending ice drink following established SOPs.
4. Operate and maintain machines and equipment, ensuring QSH standards (Quality, Speed. Hospitality).
5. Execute opening and closing procedures accurately while maintaining outlet cleanliness and organized.
6. Receive and organize incoming stock accurately.
7. Demonstrate awareness of audit procedures and compliance requirements.
8. Adhere strictly to company SOPs to maintain operational efficiency.
9. Participate actively in relevant training sessions, including Halal Awareness, Food Handling and
Customer Service.
10. Represent the brand positively, uphold its values and perform additional duties as assigned to support the outlet’s overall success.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Required education minimum SPM and prior customer service or food service experience is an
advantage but not required.
2. Able to communicate in English and proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.
3. Able to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality, speed, and hospitality.
4. Friendly, approachable, customer-oriented with good interpersonal skills and able to upsell
products.
5. Willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
