Service Crew

1. Responsible for all financial issues (Daily Sales Report and Bank In) when respective Outlet Supervisor and Managers are not present.
2. Stock Management at outlet level. To inform manager or higher management if stock there are any stock issue which include but not only shortage of stock , stock mishandling and stock quality
3. Guiding new service crew
4. Assisting respective Outlet Supervisor and Managers with tasks given such as cup counting, stock counting (PCA).
5. Ensure all SOP is executed accurately by Service Crew
6. Enforce and uphold Service and Product Quality
7. Reporting of maintenance issue to related personnel
8. Work closely with outlet supervisor and the team to ensure positive mindset and teamwork to achieve outlet goals.
9. Handle and maintain high standards of quality product and customer service experience.
10. Ensure staff competency, and provide sufficient training to the staffs to meet customer expectation and quality products.
