Service Crew

• Responsible for all financial issues (Daily Sales Report and Bank In) when respective Outlet Supervisor and Managers are not present.

• Stock Management at outlet level. To inform manager or higher management if stock there are any stock issue which include but not only shortage of stock , stock mishandling and stock quality.

• Assisting respective Outlet Supervisor and Managers with tasks given such as cup counting, stock counting (PCA).

• Ensure all SOP is executed accurately by Service Crew.

• Work closely with outlet supervisor and the team to ensure positive mindset and teamwork to achieve outlet goals.

• Handle and maintain high standards of quality product and customer service experience.

• Ensure staff competency, and provide sufficient training to the staffs to meet customer expectation and quality products.

Kitchen Helper

• Responsible in maintaining the overall housekeeping and cleanliness of the kitchen area, cookware, and utensils.

• Assist in cleaning the kitchen floor, ensure trash is emptied after operation hours, maintain the cleanliness of kitchen counters and ensure they are kept dry, wash cooking pots and pans, cleaning stoves, griddles and ovens.

• To ensure that dishes are clean by cleaning cookware and other utensils used by consumers and make sure that the supply of cookware for food preparation is adequate and functional.

• Learn and help Demi/CDP on inventory reporting such as inventory counting (PCA) for all kitchen items.

• Responsible in the preparation from raw materials, pre-cooked materials and finished products. Prepare food items for the daily menu which includes chopping, sorting, washing and proper storing of food.

• Learn from Demi/CDP on food preparation, cooking and plating (presentation).

• Responsible in monitoring temperature on kitchen refrigerators and freezers.

• Follow company SOPs closely and uphold the Service and Product quality set.

• This position serves as a compulsory training for promotion to Senior Commis Chef.

• Work closely with the team, practice good team work with positive mindset and self motivation to strive for best work performance.
